NREUV managed the University’s real estate office under the leadership of General Counsel Kurt Schmoke. NREUV structure the first ground-lease market rate housing transaction for the University. Our responsibilities also included facilities management, real estate committee and board meeting reporting, managing the sale of non-academic assets and providing advice on all real estate matters.
